[杂谈] 我最近遇到了硬不起来这个大问题，兄弟们，我该怎么办

本人今天三十有二，身材属于过胖那种类型的，每个月和妻子行房事也就三五次，最近发现连这三五次都有些力不从心，硬度明显和以前差很远，一直很担心这样下去会不会垮掉。有没有兄弟遇到我这种问题后来又恢复的？求指点啊~
